EPA and DHA are known to contribute to cardiovascular,
ocular and cognitive health, and are involved in all
stages of life from pre-post-natal to aging.

evidence supports a new wave of lesser-known health
benefits of Omega-3s, including immunity support (1),
sleep quality (2-3-4), and sports performance (5-6-7-8).
Omega-3, the sooner the better
A new study has highlighted the associations of
risk factors in young adulthood with later life heart
disease and stroke risk, bringing new emphasis on
early prevention of heart disease in childhood and
adolescence (9).

diet, there is an opportunity for younger adults to take
action now to reduce the risk of issues later in life and
Omega-3s clearly have an important role to play here.
